This little speech Congressman Maurice Hinchey made in Ithaca sounds like a comical farce. The scary thing is this man, unhinged, delusional, and unsound as he is, is actually involved in the running of this country. If a gay man isn’t allowed in the White House, surely a madman isn’t allowed in Congress?
