Question:
Hugh Hewitt has this on one of his bumpers:

And I struggled with this for weeks, with it on the tip of my cortex, but could not put my finger on it. Then I looked it up and feel like an utter moron. So, no cheating, or no telling what it is if you do cheat, who knows who said that? (Note I still have a handicap since you people don’t have the benefit of the audio) (RC2, we all know you know it, but feel free to gloat namelessly)
