Why Does Comcast Suuuuuuuuuuuuck So Badly
I’m back on the stolen internet for a spell. Whether or not I’ll ever be online again is up in the air. Sure everything will be fine, they say, till a week later when it all blows up and then it turns out everything was done SO badly it can’t be made right again, even after calling five 800 numbers, sixteen different extensions, and being transferred from locally to Canada to India to who knows where they’ll pick up the phone next.

I’m screwed until at least Monday. The internet doesn’t need to work on weekends, apparently, so orders are only processed on weekdays, and that takes 24 - 72 hours. Which means, btw, that I can’t check my ninme email. Or, I can, but it’s complicated and annoying so I don’t. So if you have anything to email to me, either leave it in the comments or don’t get upset if I don’t respond right away. God I’m sick of this.

I’ve had Comcast for 3 years and have been pretty pleased with it. What in the heck is wrong over there? Is it an installer-contractor screw-up? Seriously, this ain’t hard at the desktop level.

Yeah no shiznits. They employ trained apes to whom all things are possible until your thing blows up and the dude with registering IQ notices, tells you about it, sets you off trying to fix it, which can’t be done. All I need is the same IP I was getting yesterday morning. This alllll could have been taken care of if I hadn’t talked to the trained ape last week.
