I have actually served in combat with women.

They are treated different, and expected to be treated differently in many ways.

I serve with them because I am told to. And that is just a fact. Would it be my preference? No, not in all cases. I have never matched up the morality of telling a 100# woman to take down a building full of 180# men. Would I be OK with having them spin-up and align TLAM. Sure.

Absolutely correct.

But the problem is not the failing of the women themselves: It is the failing that their presence engenders in the men around them. That's were I differ from the good Dr Thersites.
