Did I mention that on our Honeymoon I picked an out of the way B&B with a very private room in a quite back-woods areas with peace and quiet so my “Mistress of the Night” new wife could sleep as long as she wanted?

Funny, no one mentioned that they were cutting a new road. Funny, I never knew that non-union labor could start work so early in the morning. Funny, as a beach guy, I never knew that in many parts of the world, large ice-age deposited boulders were a big problem when putting in roads. Funny, I didn’t know that to clear such huge things, they had to use explosives……. (still married anyway).

Yes, I’m living every little boy’s dream here, aren’t I? What I should have done is rented the place out for the summer for a boy-scouts summer camp and used the money to go on a frickin vacation.

But don’t worry, the ramen has tons of salt in it. Broth was made with a whole big fatty skin-on chicken carcass with an onion and carrots and lots of soy sauce added later.
