Caprese salad! Layered mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil. With or without dressing. I usually just got for a little sprinkling of salt. Some olive oil, sometimes.
That’s our flashy new bistro set. It’s actually “Cedar”. And that’s one of the two little fiestaware finger bowls I stole from the Drexel cafeteria when I visited Peter there his freshman year, when he still ate there.
It was very yummy.
