Planet: Protected
Daily Mail - Meet the women who won’t have babies - because they’re not eco friendly
At the age of 27 this young woman at the height of her reproductive years was sterilised to “protect the planet”.
And thank god she did.

You just know what going to come next. I mean, they are not really serious about the environment yet. If she really believed her own words, wouldn´t she be out there stopping other people´s children, excuse me, “burdens to the world” from being born? Maybe poison a well for Gaja, as long as it´s plant-based and biodegradable poison?

Yes! Now where are the “Suicide for Gaia” greens? We know they’re out there. It’s just a matter of organisation.

Well they’d better hurry up on the organic environmentally sustainable solar-powered suicide booths or it’ll be too late for the birds.

I need a new table. It’s not a hard enough object to bang my head against after reading this article.
I’ll say the same thing I say to all people who never want to have children: If your parents had thought that, you wouldn’t be here. Plain and simple. Go think about that for a minute, or an hour, or a day. Would it please you if your parents had thought the same as you? If so, you might as well die now. Bye.

Shhh. You don’t want to change her mind.

You laugh, but Al Gore referred to the Deep Earth Ecologists (or something) way back in Earth in The Balance. The most radical among them believe no one should procreate and men should die out to make the planet safe for other species. Mr. W. & I always laugh because Mr. Gore’s commentary on them is limited to an abrupt: “I disagree with this.”

I wonder why. Gore has four children, but his own incessant ravishing of the Earth has never stopped him from pointing others towards the cliff of eco-madness.
Another thing you can do to reduce your carbon footprint: live in Chad (the country - lowest per capita CO2 emissions in the world), though I can see why the word Chad would unleash painful memories for Gore.
