One of Australia's leading industrialists, Charles Copeman, stood up during question time at the Mark Steyn talk in Sydney and, rather than ask a question, made a statement about that particular re-distribution so that it would be brought to public attention (the media steadfastly ignored it of course).  He called it disgraceful.&lt;/p&gt;
