Run, Little Man In Black
Wait for the slow-mo replay and you can see the dude react to the sound of the first missile and start running like hell before the second one.
So, Navy readers, walk us through this. Is there no little alarm thingie announcing that it’s a bad idea to go for a stroll ’round the back of the boat?

On the twitter: “do radio shows have anything but ads”. I noticed the other day that the podcasts of Hugh Hewitt’s show last less than 35 minutes, but it is an hour show live. That must be very frustrating.
Modern ships must also be very booring to make models of. Give me something like the Bismark. Veritably festooned with gun turrets it was.

Bismark is boring to build compared to HMS Victory.

Yeah, I like my naval vessels veritably festooned. You know how officers still walk around with a sword because it looks better? I think in navy battles they should go in led by something like the Bismark. Useless, but bristling with meaning.
Yeah I think it was during Hugh Hewitt that I wrote that. I mean, all he does is drone on about politics (lord what a tedious show he has when he decides he’s going to Be Serious and Address the Issues) so I’m listening with half an ear anyway but then after a while I realized I’d had the radio on for 35 minutes and hadn’t heard his voice once. It was just ad, ad, ad…

I never got past HMS Cossack. Great ship, but not a challenging model. Unless you’re me that is. Aircraft much simpler, though I somehow always forgot to put the pilot in.
