If you like grillin' (you gotta have a grill on the lanai) or otherwise pan-cooking fish there's a place called The Fish Market on the Lower Road in in Honokowai/Kahana.  It's just up about 100-yds. from the Star Market (on the corner, hang a left at the light).  They serve up your choice of whatever fresh-caught fish in a mac-nut flour/butter (or something else) ready for baking or whatever else in a little tin.  Amazingly good catch-of-the-day.  Try the Opah.&lt;/p&gt;
