the porn industry in the US is protected under our 1st ammendment right to free speach and freedom of expression.
since the act of sex for money is filmed it is protected. if it wasnt filmed, it would be illegal.
hope that helped. google the US Constitution if you need further clarification.

So… If you make incriminating evidence of yourself paying for sex… Are you actually de-incriminating yourself…?

BongCam! One of the stories of the aftermath of one of those hurricane thingies you get down in Florida was of a married couple, both stoners, watching a video of a program they had taped a while back. A hurricane warning interrupted the program with dire warnings to evacuate ASAP. Knowing they were both stoned to the eyeballs, they had little hope of being able to do so and were wallowing in despair when something finally clicked in the stoner brain of the husband. He raised himself from off the couch, stumbled over to the TV and pushed the eject button of the video player. It was a recording! They were safe! The wife looks on adoringly at her husband, the hero.

I thought about this a while back. I wanted to create a “Pornstar For A Day” service. You would be “paid” 1 dollar to “act” in a “movie” with one of our “stars” and then you had to pay 500-2500 bucks for the tape of your “performance” depending on how “classy” a “co-star” you wanted.
